Our conviction is simple.

Ours was born from a conviction.
Over the years, one observation has become clear.
The most beautiful properties were often managed as simple seasonal rentals.
Behind each of them lies a project, a heritage, and the trust of an owner.
Therefore, a more careful management approach was needed.
A management system capable of knowing each location, understanding its particularities and anticipating needs well before the arrival of travelers.
It is this vision that gave birth to Excellence Conciergerie.
Not with the ambition to manage ever more properties, but with the ambition to support each property with consistency, precision and discernment.
A word from the founder
I didn't start behind a desk with the idea of creating a concierge service.
I started on the field.
I used to clean seasonal rentals myself, between stays. And that's probably where I learned the essentials of this job.
By preparing accommodation before arrival. By checking a room one last time. By noticing that small detail that might seem insignificant, but which immediately changes a traveler's perception.
I also discovered the other side of the coin: the unexpected events, the late departures, the imminent arrivals, the owners who sometimes entrust remotely a property to which they are deeply attached.
Gradually, I understood that our job was not simply about preparing a property.
It consisted of taking care of it .
And that difference changed my perspective.
Over the years, what began as a business has become a true passion: creating stays where everything feels natural, seamless, and perfectly orchestrated. I love this almost invisible requirement of thinking about the details before they become a need, anticipating rather than fixing, and ensuring that an owner can entrust their property to us with complete peace of mind .
Because behind every property, there is much more than just walls and an address.
There is an investment, a history, sometimes memories . And above all, there is a gesture that I consider precious: that of handing us the keys and placing their trust in us .
I never wanted to trivialize this gesture.
That is why I chose to keep control of our services in-house and why I remain personally involved in monitoring our owners and the level of quality we owe them.
Even as the company grows, I never want to lose what taught me this job in the beginning: to observe, to check, to anticipate, to take care .
Because in my eyes, excellence cannot be decreed. It is found in the details that no one should have to ask for.

Excellence Conciergerie relies on a local team, present daily on the French Riviera.
Coordination of stays, preparation of properties, maintenance, laundry, upkeep and quality monitoring: each intervention is organized with the same high standards and under careful supervision.
Our unique feature : we do not recruit external contractors; thanks to our maintenance and laundry service, White Gloves Services , everything is managed by us, which guarantees owners a quality that is always at the same level of excellence.
This organization allows us to better understand each property, to monitor its development and to intervene quickly when the situation requires it.
